My Thoughts are with you Susie, Teves and family at this sad time. Thoralf, also known as 'Toffee' to a lot of us in the UK. He will always be remembered as a larger than life character, that was full of sunshine and laughter. I feel blessed to have called him my friend, and he will always hold a special place in my heart.
